As the first light pierces the night sky, night turns to day. Sunrise. A new day, a fresh start, quietude. This one began with intense deep pinks and orange reds; glowing light streaks across the sky. The landscape features were dark. As it progressed, more yellow appeared to mellow the vision. However, I liked the vibrant intensity at the first break of light and worked to capture that in this watercolor.
